This is an awesome tale . . . Hoops is one of my co-workers and she thought it okay to leave her fish for the entire Thanksgiving Break (without food). We (the office) decided to steal the fish and hold it for ransom. Upon Hoops' return, she was forced to make a list of the 10 things making her a good mother. After some debate, Bruce (the fish) was returned.
Later in the day . . . Hoops went to clean Bruce's bowl and left him in a cup on the top shelf of her bookcase. We (the office) placed a fake fish on the floor with the cup lid (see pic). Upon Hoops' return . . . she had a huge meltdown (with screaming, crying, and eventually laughing).
Will she leave him at Christmas? Surely not!
